Over the past decade, we’ve helped numerous patients in the Fort Worth area with their sensitive health issues. Take a look below to see what our previous patients have to say about our staff and our services.
I feel I am in great hands
I have been seeing Dr. John Johnson and he is wonderful. I was diagnosed with Kidney cancer and had to have my right kidney removed. From the very first day I saw him, he has been compassionate and caring. He listens to you and really takes what you say into account. The office staff and his nurse Loretta are great too.. I feel I am in great hands..
Passionate way where you can Understand
Some of the most caring medical people you can find. If you want a DR. who tells you like it is and does it in a passionate way where you can understand what is going on. I see Dr. John Johnson 3.
Dr. Parham and his staff were excellent
Dr. Parham and his staff were excellent, the procedure was not pleasant but quick and as painless as possible. It was a vasectomy so there has to be some expectation management in the comfort department. His staff at the center were the real stars though. I had an appointment scheduled for later in the month, but had to cancel when I found out I would be deploying that Friday. The admins I called not only managed to reschedule both appointments within the week, but were later able to get me a letter from the doctor clearing me for duty medically when there were issues at Ft. Bliss. I called them with no notice and was able to get the note within 15 minutes, something that most Doctor’s offices take over a day to turn around. If I ever need a Urologist again, I will happily come here again!
Dr. Parmer abd his staff did an amazing job. Thanks for keeping my mind at ease.
Dr David Rittenhouse and his staff set the bar in patient care and are true professionals. Highly recommended!
Very nice group of professionals.
Dr. Rittenhouse saved my life
Dr. Rittenhouse saved my life; I was 28 years old, had another kidney stone, went to ER for pain on a Monday. After calling multiple physicians, my Dad called Dr Rittenhouse’s office and they said they could squeeze me in the next day.
Long story short(er), Dr Rittenhouse did surgery to move the stone blocking my ureter, so my body could clear bacteria. I was discharged Saturday afternoon, back to my 3 jobs and working on my Doctorate by Monday.
Had I not been seen on Wed. and squeezed in on Thursday for surgery, I would have been dead probably Thursday or definitely Friday (which would have traumatized my students).
He and his staff have been wonderful; he is the only Urologist to continue treating me after a stone removal. He put me on medicine to prevent future stones. I have had to wait at times when he or Keith had something come up, but when they see me, they never rush me and always stay to answer any questions or concerns.
They give each patient the time and attention that they need, and if one patient takes longer than expected, I would rather wait a bit longer than have another patient be rushed through to keep the schedule perfectly on time. I know that this practice is well worth the wait!
